Zipslack

ZipSlack is a special edition of the Slackware Linux distribution which is designed to fit on a small FAT-formatted file system, such as a Zip disk or a small Windows 9x/MS-DOS partition. It uses the UMSDOS file system, and includes a lightweight version of the full Slackware distribution. Also available is BigSlack, which is ZipSlack with the complete Slackware Linux (including X11 and development tools). ZipSlack is fully compatible with the Slackware release it is based on (there is one for every regular distribution release), and is very useful for portable Linux systems, as well as systems that also have to run Windows or MS-DOS. It is known to work very well with older machines, such as 486s.
