Zazpiak Bat

Zazpiak bat, from the Basque words zazpi meaning seven and bat meaning one, translates as seven in one and refers to the seven historical Basque territories. It is also a heraldic nickname for a version of the Basque coat of arms which includes the arms of all seven historical territories, namely Araba, Gipuzkoa and Bizkaia (three that make the Basque Country autonomous community in Spain); Nafarroa (Navarre, together with the remaining three referred to as Hegoalde); and the three that are part of the French departament of the Pyrinees Atlantiques - Zuberoa, Nafarroa beherrea and Lapurdi. Laurac bat (four in one), after the four Basque provinces of Spain is the motto of the Real Sociedad Bascongada de Amigos del Pas since the Enlightenment.
