Yawatahama, EhimeYawatahama (八幡浜市; -shi) is a city located in Ehime, Japan. As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 31,860 and a density of 332.19 persons per km². The total area is 95.91 km². The city was founded on February 11, 1935. Yawatahama has a small port which provides regular ferry services to the cities of Usuki, Oita and Oita, Oita on Kyushu.
