Wynanne Downer

Wynanne Downer is a politician of the Canadian provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador. On July 28, 2004, she ran for the Canadian House of Commons, representing the Conservative Party of Canada in HumberSt. BarbeBaie Verte, but lost to Gerry Byrne of the Liberal Party of Canada. Downer received 6,538 votes to Byrne's 17,820.
