Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 170 people, 76 households, and 48 families residing in the town. The population density is 115.2/km² (296.2/mi²). There are 93 housing units at an average density of 63.0/km² (162.0/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 99.41% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.59% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 76 households out of which 22.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.9% are married couples living together, 5.3% have a female householder with no husband present, and 36.8% are non-families. 32.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 25.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.24 and the average family size is 2.83.
