Major tenants of the north tower, One World Trade Center, included the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, Marsh USA, Cantor Fitzgerald Securities, and Windows on the World. Major tenants of the south tower, Two World Trade Center, included Verizon, the New York Stock Exchange, Morgan Stanley, and Keefe, Bruyette and Woods, Inc., and Aon Corporation.
