Woodstock Pub

The Woodstock Pub is a pub located on the first floor of the Nana Plaza entertainment complex in Bangkok, Thailand. The pub is owned by an American from Boston, Massachusetts and his Thai wife. The pub was named after the Woodstock Music and Art Festival. The logo of the pub is a guitar with a bird sitting on it. The pub has been on the same location for almost twenty years and started out as a go-go bar. After a few years with the appearance of more go-go bars the owners decided to change the format to a pub and it has stayed that way ever since.

Interior & menu

The pub has a dark interior with brick and wooden walls. The music that is played there almost entirely consists of rock and roll. The pub has two pool tables, a dartboard and a foosball game. Woodstock also serves food, the menu mainly consists of traditional pub fare with added American, Mexican, Italian and Thai dishes. The pub is known in Bangkok for its hamburgers. It has won first price in the best hamburger contest of Bangkok once and since then has always ended in the top 3 of that competition. There are about 20 different hamburgers on its menu.

Other locations

The same owners also own a pub named Woodstock in Krabi province.
