Geography Windsor Heights is located at 40°11'30" North, 80°39'56" West (40.191658, -80.665594). Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 431 people, 180 households, and 124 families residing in the village. The population density is 1,188.6/km² (3,053.2/mi²). There are 197 housing units at an average density of 543.3/km² (1,395.6/mi²). The racial makeup of the village is 99.07% White, 0.00% African American, 0.46% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.46% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 180 households out of which 26.1% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.0% are married couples living together, 9.4% have a female householder with no husband present, and 31.1% are non-families. 26.7% of all households are made up of individuals and 17.2% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.39 and the average family size is 2.91.
