William Tresham

William Tresham was Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster from 3 July 1442 to 10 June 1449 as well as being Speaker of the House of Commons from 1439 to 1442, in 1447 and from 1449 to 1450 in which year he was murdered. His son, Thomas, was also Speaker. He was beheaded in 1471. Tresham, William
