William Nuschler ClarkWilliam Nuschler Clark Jr. (also known as the Thrill) was born March 13th, 1964 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After attending Mississippi State University he was drafted into the Major Leagues Selected by the Kansas City Royals in the fourth round of the 1982 free-agent draft, but he did not sign. He was drafted again by the San Francisco Giants in the 1st round (2nd pick) of the 1985 draft. Clark debuted at first base for the Giants on April 8, 1986 and played with their organization until he signed as a free ageent with the Texas Rangers in 1994. Clark was traded again in 1999 to the Baltimore Orioles where he played for just a year before being traded again to the St. Louis Cardinals. Clark played his final game on October 1, 2000. He is expected to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame. Clark, William Nuschler
