William Hetherington Case

The William Hetherington case is a legal case in the State of Michigan in which William Hetherington was convicted of rape during a contentious divorce case. It was expected that Heatherington would win custody, because his wife had abandoned the family for more than two months. Heatherington has been in prison for over14 years, consistently maintaining his innocence. Given the circumstances, many belive that the conviction was wrongful and that his wife lied. Dr. Warren Farrell has written extensively on The William Hetherington case.
