of the
U.S. state
of
New York
from
1843
to
1845
. Bouck was born and later died in
Schoharie County, New York
. He also served in county offices (including Sheriff) and the state assembly and senate. At the end of his career he was assistant treasurer of
New York City
, before retiring to his farm. Bouck was a farmer and was buried in
Middleburgh, New York
