Wilhelm Hoegner

Wilhelm Hoegner (SPD) was the second Bavarian prime minister after World War II (1945/46 and 195457) and father of the Bavarian constitution.His great grandson Ludwig Hoegner is still active in the Bavarian SPDs youth organisation, where he runs the Jusos website.
