When In Rome Do As The Vandals is The Vandals' second album, released in 1984 and again on May 19, 1992. Its title is a play on the phrase "When in Rome, do as the Romans do"; the Vandals was the name of one of the tribes which invaded and led to the destruction of the Roman Empire.
