When In RomeWhen in Rome was a dance-rock band that had their only hit "The Promise" in 1988. The group, composed of Clive Farrington (vocals), Andrew Mann (vocals), and Michael Floreale (keyboard), released only one self-titled album before fading into obscurity. This album reached #84 on the Billboard top 200 albums chart. The trio were in a band named Leisure, with Corinne Drewery of the group Swing out Sister, before forming When in Rome.
