West End, Washington, Dc

West End is a small region of the northwest quadrant of Washington, DC bounded by Pennsylvania Avenue to the south, P Street to the north, Rock Creek Park to the west, and 22nd Street to the east. West End is defined by not being any of its immediate neighbors: Dupont Circle, Foggy Bottom, or Georgetown. It is home to the embassies of Qatar and Spain, a Ritz Carleton hotel, the West End branch of the DC Library, and several large office buildings and condominiums.
