Welsh 3000S

The Welsh 3000s are the mountains of Wales over 3000 feet high (914.4 m). They are also known as the Fourteen Peaks, even though there may be fifteen of them by some counts.

The mountains

All of the peaks are part of one of three adjacent mountain groups in northern Snowdonia, and are as follows:

Snowdon massif

Glyderau

Carneddau

Garnedd Uchaf is not always included, as it has the least relative height, being little more than a bump on the ridge. This brings the list down to fourteen peaks.
