WBNS 1460kHz AM is a sports radio station that calls itself "1460 The Fan".

WBNS-FM

WBNS-FM 97.1MHz FM plays Adult Contemporary music and calls itself "97.1 More Music, More Variety". WBNS-FM previously aired oldies music (as "B97"). Prior to that, the station aired easy listening.

WBNS Television

  • WBNS-TV, television channel 10, is the CBS television affiliate for central Ohio. WBNS-TV began operations on October 5, 1949. WBNS-TV station currently broadcasts in stereo and uses its SAP channel for a variety of purposes, including simulcasts of "1460 The Fan" and simulcasts of NOAA weather radio.
  • WBNS-DT, television channel 21, is a high-definition digital television channel also affiliated with CBS. The first live high-definition broadcast on WBNS-DT took place in September 1998, making the station a pioneer in American digital television.
