Wazirabad

Wazirabad is a town situated on the banks of the Chenab River, in the Gujranwala district of the Punjab, Pakistan. Lying 100km north of Lahore, Wazirabad is an important railway junction on the main line of the North-Western railway. Local industry includes ship-building and steel and iron manufacturing.
