Watsuji Tetsuro

Watsuji Tetsuro (和辻 哲郎 Watsuji Tetsurō, March 1, 1889 - December 26, 1960) was a Japanese ethicist, philosopher, cultural historian, intellectual historian. His theories about the relationship of climate and cultural development and change attempted to explain differences of three major cultures and climate regions in the world.
