Washington State Public Stadium Authority

The Washington State Public Stadium Authority is the public authority that oversees Qwest Field (Seahawks Stadium) in Seattle, Washington. It came into being after a referendum for its creation (Referendum 48) was approved by Washington state voters on June 17, 1997.
