Warming Up

A warming up is usually performed before performing in (technical) sports. The warming up allows a gradual warming of the muscles which will lessen the likelihood of injuries during a training or match. The warming up also lessens the amount of muscle ache experienced the day after extensive straining of the muscles. The warming up is related to the cooling down.
