Walter Piecyk

Piecyk was a Wall Street securities analyst who on December 29, 1999 while with PaineWebber famously put a $1,000 price target on the then high-flying shares of Qualcomm (QCOM). When the trading day closed, Qualcomm shares were up $156 to close at $659 a share on the day.
