These are all wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Walt Disney Company. Santa Rosa Land Company, Incorporated, incorporated in or before 1968 to own some of the Walt Disney World Resort, changed its name to Walt Disney Travel Company, Incorporated on August 16, 1973.
