Wait-a-minute Tree

Acacia greggii A wait-a-minute tree (Acacia greggii) is a tree of the genus Acacia. The term comes from the fact that the tree has many thorns that tend to hook onto passers-by; the hooked person must stop (wait a minute) and carefully remove the thorns to avoid injury.
