Visionaire"Visionaire - the adventure-creation-system" is a software package to create own graphical adventure games, similar in style to classic games like Monkey-Island. The program is in first place for fans of the genre who want to create their own games but don't have much experience with a programming language. Those games are also called fan-adventures. Visionaire is a universal engine and should allow for many different kinds of adventures to be created. This applies particularly for the interface and the design of the story and events in the game. There is no full script language but a fixed catalog of combinable "actions" thereby offering flexibility without demanding programming skills from the user. Other engines are heavily based on scripts or do, like AGS, offer an integrated developing environment+script language.
