Viscount CharlemontThe title of Viscount Charlemont was created in the Peerage of Ireland in 1665. The Viscount bears the subsidiary title of Baron Charlemont (1620). The fourth Viscount was created Earl of Charlemont in 1763 and the second Earl was created Baron Charlemont in the Peerage of the United Kingdom in 1837, but these titles became extinct on the death of the third Earl in 1892.
