Vincent Vega

Vincent Vega is a fictional character played by John Travolta in the movie Pulp Fiction by Quentin Tarantino. John Travolta was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actor, though he lost to Tom Hanks (Forrest Gump). In the movie, Vincent is a hitman partnered with the philosophy-driven Jules Winnfield (Samuel L. Jackson) and working for Marcellus Wallace.
From his first appearance in a car with Jules, Vincent's dialogue is splattered with trivial conversations, going against the general image of hitmen in movies. Some of his conversations include discussing the names of McDonald's burgers in Europe, the real meaning of foot massages, tongue piercings and five dollar milk-shakes.
