Vijay Amritraj

Vijay Amritraj (born December 14, 1953) is an Indian former tennis champion and actor. Amritraj and his brother, Anand Amritraj, were among the first Indians to play in an International tennis tournament. In 1976, the brothers were semi-finalists in the Wimbledon men's doubles. After retiring from the game in the 1980s, Vijay had a brief acting career, appearing with Roger Moore in the James Bond film, Octopussy and in . He has since gone on to become a sports commentator, and has developed a successful multimedia business.
