Victor Li

Victor Li Tzar-kuoi (李澤鉅), Hong Kong-based businessman with Canadian citizenship, is son of tycoon and billionaire Li Ka-shing. Once kidnapped by well known Hong Kong criminal Cheung Tze-keung, AKA "Big Spender". He was released after the world record payment of a US$134 million ransom in cash. Cheung was later captured and executed in mainland China in 2000. In late 2003, he was became the largest stock holder of Air Canada. However, due to inability to come up with an agreement over the pension agreement with Air Canada's unions, Li cancelled the deal.
