Verwood

Verwood is a small town on the River Crane near Bournemouth in Dorset, England, with a population of 13,580 (2001). Lying on heathland, the town did not even exist as a village until the nineteenth century, when brick making and pottery brought people into the area. The town did not grow up until the 1950s.
