Venezuelan Supreme Tribunal of Justice
is the highest Tribunal of the
Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
and is the head of the Judicial Branch. Its main function is to control, according to the
constitution
and related laws, the constitutionality and legality of Public Acts.
