VemanaVemana is a Telugu poet who lived in the 15th century AD. He has composed numerous poems in Telugu in a metre called Aata Veladhi. The poems deal with various social problems and they propose some solutions too. A few lines of Vemana's poems managed to become colloquial phrases of the Telugu language. Viswadhaabhi Raama, Vinura Vema
