VANK, Voluntary Agency Network of Korea is a non-governmental South Korean organization made up of volunteers. It states its purpose to enhance the image of Korea in cyberspace. VANK is known to webmasters dealing with Korea as protesters. The members aggressively send e-mails to a website that contains what they think is "wrong" until the webmaster withdraws it. VANK are very concerned with what the see the correct representation of Korea in the media world-wide.
