Valerie BertinelliValerie Bertinelli (born April 23, 1960 in Wilmington, Delaware) is an actress best known for her role as the younger daughter, Barbara Cooper, on the long-running television show One Day at a Time. In later years she appeared on a number of made-for-television movies, and joined the cast of Touched by an Angel in 2001.
