Val Anthony

Cabaret singer Val Anthony (born ), famous for playing piano and singing at Jilly's, a popular New York City night club in the 1960s owned by saloonkeeper, Jilly Rizzo, Whenever he was in town, Frank Sinatra would drop in to hang out with his Rat Pack friends like Dean Martin and Sammy Davis, Jr., and others like Liza Minelli and Marilyn Monroe. He even had his own chair in the back room that nobody else could use, and occasionally he would sing a song or two, much to the delight of club patrons and associates who lined up just to see him!
