Uss Savannah

Five ships of the United States Navy have been named USS ''Savannah'', after the city of Savannah, Georgia. See also the SS Savannah, first steamship to cross the Atlantic, and NS Savannah, a nuclear-powered merchant ship in use from 1962 to 1972.
