Uss Maddox

• The first, DD-168, was christened in 1918, transferred to the Royal Navy, transferred to the Russian Navy, then given back to the RN. See USS Maddox
• The second, DD-622, was christened in 1942. She was sunk the next year by a German dive bomber. See USS Maddox
• The third, DD-731, was christened in 1944. She had a short career in World War II, and particpated in the Korean War and the Vietnam War. See USS Maddox
