Urban Car

An urban car is a car designed to be used in city traffic. Normally small in size and not very powerful, but very fuel efficient. Urban cars are often hailed as the answer to the escalating levels of air pollution and traffic congestion that result from increases in numbers of larger personal vehicles. They are intended for use exclusively in or near cities and towns, and are not suited to long journeys or fast travel on highways. They are very light, pollute little, take up a fraction of the space required by most vehicles, cost much less than most cars and trucks, and can be effectively recycled.
