University Of Natural SciencesThe University of Natural Sciences in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam was originally a division of the Indochina College of Sciences, then was renamed the Faculty of Sciences under the University of Saigon in 1956. This institution took shape in 1977 as a merger of the Faculty of Letters and the Faculty of Sciences. Its name was change to Ho Chi Minh City University. Following a split from Ho Chi Minh City University, the university was changed to University of Natural Sciences in March 1996 and it's maintaning a close affiliate to Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City. It is entrusted with providing education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and undertaking scientific research as well as technological transfer.
