University Of California Chinese Alumni Association

The University of California Chinese Alumni Association (UC Chinese) is an organization whose goals are to: 1. Enhance fellowship and professional networks among its alumni and friends, and preserve the heritage of its distinguished alumni particularly for the younger generations; 2. Bridge the communication between governmental organizations, NGOs and its alumni to enhance the mutual understanding, and pursue peace, justice, equality, fairness, and other concerns for its alumni; 3. Serve as a think tank to offer valuable consulting advice for policy-makers; 4. Facilitate co-operation of the critical programs in education, science, economy and society for promoting sustainable peace and prosperity. Any Chinese who is or was affiliated with the University of California system and three National Labs, and whose family members are qualified, or with the recommendation of any Board member. Anyone who shares the same mission and willingly works with the UC Chinese may be accepted as member. Any Chinese organization or Chinese dominated organization affiliated with any campus or national lab of the University of California and shares the same mission and willingly works with the UC Chinese is qualified as a group member.
