Twycross Zoo

Twycross Zoo is a zoo in Twycross, in south-west Leicestershire, England, founded in 1963. It is notable for its large primate collection, including breeding populations of bonobos, chimpanzees, gorillas, and orang-utans, along with large numbers of monkey and lemur species. It conducts a large amount of research.
