Tuila'epa Sailele Malielegaoi

Sailele Malielegaoi Tuila'epa (born April 14, 1945) is the current Prime Minister and foreign minister of Samoa. He has been Prime Minister and foreign minister since 23 November 1998 and was re-elected in 2001. He is an economist and was the first Samoan to get a masters degree. He used to work for the European Economic Community and Coopers & Lybrand and was elected to the Samoan parliament in 1980. He is the leader of the Human Rights Protection Party.
