Tshering Chhoden

Tshering Chhoden (born 6 July 1980) is an athlete from Bhutan. She competes in archery. Chhoden represented Bhutan at the 2004 Summer Olympics. She placed 54th in the women's individual ranking round with a 72-arrow score of 600. In the first round of elimination, she faced 11th-ranked Lin Sang of China. Chhoden upset the heavily favored Lin, winning 159-156 in the 18-arrow match, becoming the first Bhutanese archer ever to win a match at the Olympics and advancing to the round of 32. In that round, Chhoden faced Reena Kumari of India, losing to the 43rd-ranked archer in a 7-4 tie-breaker after tying at 134 in the regulation 18 arrows.
