Trionfo Di Afrodite

Trionfo di Afrodite is a musical piece written by the German composer Carl Orff. It is a work based on the theme of Aphrodite, and her many triumphs over her own carnal nature. The carnal desires flare up repeatedly throughout the entire course of the musical narration but is ultimately triumphed upon through inner balance.
