Transnational Radical Party

The Transnational Radical Party is a political association of citizens, parliamentarians and members of government of various national and political backgrounds who intend to use nonviolent means to create an effective body of international law with respect for individuals and the affirmation of democracy and freedom throughout the world. Despite its name, the Transnational Radical Party does not participate in national, regional, or local elections; The Italian Partito Radicale, however, ran in the European Parliament election 2004 as Lista Emma Bonino. In 1995, TRP obtained Category One Consultative Status with the ECOSOC of the United Nations.
