Trainspotting (Novel)

Trainspotting (1993) is a novel by Irvine Welsh about a group of heroin addicts in Leith, Scotland, and their passage through life. It was made into a 1996 film, Trainspotting, and also was adapted into a play by Welsh. The novel became a huge underground hit on release and gained mainstream attention once the film of the same name was realesed. A sequel, Porno, was released in 2002.
