Tina Wesson

Tina Wesson (born December 26, 1961 in Knoxville, Tennessee) was the winner of . Tina Wesson became champion of the second edition of Survivor filmed in the Outback of Australia in 2000 and aired in the United States in 2001. Wesson, a nurse from Tennessee, outlasted 15 other players. She was the first woman to win the $1 million prize. She returned in 2004 for but was the first person voted off the show. Her status as a previous winner was one of the reasons behind the decision for her tribe to vote her off. Tina had many attributes that made her popular with viewers. She was an attractive blonde with a positive, outgoing personality and a competitive attitude.
