Timeline (Movie)

Timeline is a 2003 film directed by Richard Donner. It stars Paul Walker, Frances O'Connor and Gerard Butler. The movie is based on the novel by Michael Crichton. See Timeline (novel). Tagline: One man's future lies in the past. Although featuring special effects which were not computer generated (a point the director raised as a "feature" of the film), it did not do so well with critics. Criticized for some of the discontinuity created when shortening the book into movie-length, it was generally agreed upon that the book was far better.
