The Three Faces of Eve is a 1957 film which tells the true story of a woman who suffered from Dissociative identity disorder. It stars Joanne Woodward, David Wayne, Lee J. Cobb, Nancy Kulp and Alistair Cooke. The movie was adapted by Nunnally Johnson from the book by Corbett Thigpen and Hervey M. Cleckley. It was directed by Johnson. It won the Academy Award for Best Actress (Joanne Woodward). The movie was filmed at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. In her autobiography I'm Eve, Chris Costner-Sizemore remarked on the fact that the movie did not portray her real life at all.
